RECOVERY

Day 38 -

To the question of what I'm going to do next -

Bumperstickers n' Soap Operas.  This is the 21st Century.  What works in the public realm today is a good defensive-offense.

There are a number of things you don't criticize in America.  Al Gore's polar bears, Greenepeace's baby seals, and the mother of a dead child.

Like the Communists behind MADD.  So politically INcorrect it would be to criticize them, no one even knows they are a front organization that receives private and public funding to the tune of billions, that they use to promote Communism here and abroad.

MADD is an example of a great defensive-offense.

Speaking of my own efforts, I don't have a great defensive-offense.  I have a mediocre one.  The evidence of crimes against me by govt are on the internet.  If govt does some negative thing to me, at least some people will clearly see it for what it is; - Socialists using govt to deal with me.  It certainly would be better if more than "some" people see it.

First, I must, in the most thoughtful way, draw attention to the AoF.  I think the attention is so deficient, that even the creators of the AoF need to focus their attention on it.  I can't speak for them.  I don't know if they have a real plan for building momentum.  In April comes the disbursal of the AoF to our politicians.  That is very quickly coming.  But the "goodly number of millions of Americans" is far away.  

I have been horrified that, from the convening of CC2009 to now, there has not been something more extraordinary to this end.  The convention itself, and the Articles produced are both extraordinary.  But the methods of modern communications we are using to discuss them, seem only to keep us all in little circles.  All the while, I'm wanting those circles to link to each other, and to do so through a committed focus on the Articles alone.  

What will delegates do if there are millions who sign on by May?  And what will they do, if no one signs on by May?  Will they still adhere to the Article recommendations?  A few thousand saying "No" to government? 

Do they have a plan of action for anyone who gets attacked for acting on the Articles?  Is there a team of attorney's that are dedicated to the Articles that will defend these patriots in court?  Has anyone committed their fortunes to this, as our founders did?  What will we do when another Waco or Ruby Ridge happens?  What if the patriot movement's credibility is threatened by another Timothy McVeigh?  I sure hope those-who-are-smarter-than-me have some plans in mind.

At this time in the life of the AoF, and with all the wonderfully friendly and social people taking up freedom's flag across America, I would think that today there would have already been a summit between patriots like CC2009, and the 9/12 Project, the various Tea Parties, We Are Change, Resistnet.com, et al.  

How do you get these fine patriots in their various groups to the point where they all converge on one movement?  A distinction between real leaders and posessive speakers who are only drawing people to themselves, can be made without torquing everyone off right?   How do you engage them in discussing the Articles when the mechanisims of disunity come first?

Is there a plan with these factors in mind?

Back to the Collectivists.  The first thing these Collectivist will do is ignore me.  Hoping I'll go away.  And when I can begin making an impact on Americans, they will STOP ignoring me.

I must have the discipline to focus my speech a certain way.  So that it's mention is incriminating.  I call a bullying school teacher "the teacher with the piss-stained trousers".  Now if he sought to have me punished, he risks having his his new name repeated. 

I have to make sure that any attack on me becomes toxic to the attacker.  Such that, if they come after me for my words, repeating those words would be embarassing to them.  Kicking little me, should be like kicking a badger.  If I want to further the AoF, I have to take things to the point where Socialists wish me silenced, but to be in a position where they fear to do anything but ignore me further.

Since I am against this Socialist takeover, my name is at least on a list in some agency somewhere.  The more noise I make, the more certainly I will be watched and listened to.  I welcome this.

There are still many good patriotic Americans working in our law enforcement and intelligence agencies.  Whoever monitors me will see how I do not fear, but welcome their review.  My confidence in the message being so great.  The sentiment here is - read what I say, you'll agree. 

And if someone comes after me for what I say, then what I say will get heard even more.  The New York KSM trial is an effort to do this same thing.  Socialists being as unAmerican as they are, want to give credibility to terrorists and make Americans look bad.  If they arrest me they'll want to do so as quietly as possible so that I don't get a KSM platform to spread my poison.

For now, our agents are good men.  I think the near future holds some purging in the intelligence industry.  Purging these agencies of patriots will be the Collectivists undoing howeve, because they underestimate these men.  But that's another topic.

And without the following, none of this will work:  The zealous adherence to the founding principles, vicious defense of the founding documents, and actions that honor the sacrifices of those that came before us.  That is a great triad to focus on in public.  Patriots know this because there will not be a pleasant revolution later on, if we don't nip-it-in-the-bud now.

A movement reaches a point of saturation.  Without more extraordinary measures, it risks becoming armchair patriotism that duscusses much, but accomplishes little.  And every patriot knows this.  Many patriots are waiting and searching for the starting line.

So the next step for me is as follows -

There will have to be a significant FIRST public signing of the Articles of Freedom.  Who is the LAST demographic you would think this would be?  The LAST demographic should be the FIRST to sign.  Who these people are, should humble many patriots and be a testament to the universal principle of the Articles.  It should be profound.

1 in 5 recipients of the Congressional Medal of Honor were foreign born.  By WWI, most CMOH had been awarded to foreign born Americans.  I believe that is a profound testament to what being American means, at it's core.  So I will have the first significant signing of the AoF be by people who came to this country.    

This is in the works now.

Day 35 -

I'm doing well.  But I believe I have permanently stunted my strength.  Time will tell.

I'm contemplating the patriot movement and have decided to spill this to straiten my thoughts.

 

In about 2-3 weeks I'll be going-off again.  Stay tuned for more of me promoting the Articles of Freedom and telling government to piss off.  Remember to send people to read them at ArticlesOfFreedom.us.

During any revolution, freedom fighters must often look up from their battles to see who is sizing up the big-chair.  The bama revolution still moves on the momentum of change and the audacity of hope.  They are still accomplishing much in the way of increasing their power and decreasing ours.   I hope that the people, who see themselves as part of the great conservative movement, reconsider the direction of their efforts.

I want to say something here, but all that comes out sounds insulting to me.  It's insufficient anyway because there is too much I want to encapsulate.

If the time comes and we’re forced to take up arms, this Collective movement will have already dictated the value of the gun, the bullets, and the money you pay.  Not to mention the method.   Frankly, when I’m forced to defend myself against an oppressive government, I’m gonna prefer something other than a .30 cal bolt action I’m allowed to have for the dying yet traditional practice of hunting.  This is just one issue of countless, where many agree that we are running out of time.

The Department of Defenses' decision to end the sale of spent military brass to the American public, and instead destroy it and then sell it to China at a loss will support a communist country and help increase the cost of ammo to Americans.  However, it is NOT just one indication of socialism.  It is one small part of a very deliberately anti-American plan to undermine our country’s strengths.  Just one of many.   The amount of arrogant economic power being wielded here is unparalleled since the new deal.

That's not a bad position of power to be in by the way.  If you are conducting a takeover, that is.  Where have I seen this kind of economic manipulation before, a history book perhaps?  The delusional alarmist in me asks if everyone that is actually in the patriot movement knows the following fact -

Collectivists are actually conducting a planned takeover and conversion of our country. 

Don't they all know this?

And if everyone is not acting like they know this, does that mean I should not be acting as if I knew it were true?  Am I not supposed to suggest that everyone we know begin keeping their cameras with them at all times and their ears and eyes open.  And start recording phone conversations with anyone that approaches them especially if it’s a corporation, the government or any type of civic group?  There's a lot of weird shit that's going to happen as this year progresses.  It would be a powerfully effective too if we are able to prove a lot of this corruption early on.  Those bright kids that exposed Acorn, O'Keefe and Giles.  Every American needs to be ready to videotape on a moment’s notice.

This collectivist movement is hoping for a Timothy McVeighs to give them an edge.  They will create him if they have to.  They have the resources and the will, no doubt.  This kind of edge would be enormous.  Remember the Omnibus Counterterrorism Bill that was passed after the Oklahoma City bombing?  That thing was on the fast track with greazed skids.  Our Republican saviors threw their weight behind it and slid it on through.  The Michigan Militia looked bad and was made to look worse.  It ruined the courage of every patriot in America. 

My next insulting question is, who doesn’t know that this stuff is coming?

Right now they want to discredit the patriot movement, not face it.  You know the old adage – “Ignore them and maybe they’ll go away.”

They also want the patriot movement divided, and that's why there are moles and trolls all over the internet and elsewhere.

Only when they can no longer ignore us, will give us attention.  Problem is, they have to make sure they don’t give it any credibility to us.  So they try to discredit us.  When this happens, then you can be sure you are becoming effective.  They fear Sarah Palin, so they attack her.  Notice the attack on the Tea Partier (teabaggers) but little on the Articles of Freedom.  The Articles of Freedom are set to be presented to elected officials in less than 2 months.  What is the plan to encourage a goodly number of Americans to join the 3900 who have already signed?

Is there a plan to cause these socialists who have unlimited diabolical resources at their fingertips, to do more than ignore the Articles of Freedom?  We’re going to be trying to get government officials to receive copies of the AoF, and then what?  At that point, the only thing we can do besides talk among ourselves in the patriot movement about it, or we can set ourselves on fire on the steps of every town hall in America.

They have unlimited funds, unions and Acorn.  And now, according to them they are building powerful new agencies with armies of agents, like the so-called "Expeditionary" and "Auxiliary" forces.   They’ve already declared there will be millions of agents.  Do these socialist control freaks fear us, or are we Patriots no more than some names on list in a file?

Jane Fonda and many of the warriors she spit on are still alive.  And after 230 years of American freedom, a bunch of angry hippies can suddenly force America’s children begin marching to cadences in duty to The Collective, and songs of adoration to an admitted communist?  They call all who oppose them "racists".  Where else do we find such intimidation in history's political movements?   Everyone in the patriot movement knows who these criminals are don’t they?

Another “just one thing” in this plan of theirs - how will we respond?  Suddenly the enlarged Federal government plans to begin ordering the firing of school faculties? Throughout the country?  There's 50 million American children in the public school system.  The excitement of changing things comes again, but it will only translate to a new team of managers in America’s education system.  Guess where they got the grant money to manipulate the school districts into this?  That’s right, they printed it.  And they put that burden to build their socialism, on my grandson’s back.

They’ll accomplish a radically powerful element of socialism through our children - a hands-on approach by government in the development of our children until they take their rightful place in society as responsible adults with a full sense of duty to the collective.  

They now use schools to indoctrinate our children, and one thing is for damn sure, soon they will begin using schools to recruit our children en masse; our money, our children, their power, their control, their influence, their plan.  Is that the kind of conspiracy that’s hard for other people to grasp and get upset about.  Does it sound too crackpot to explore?

The longer we wait to get our act together, the more difficult this is going to be.   I feel American patriotism rests on a couch like a teen, cocky and barking, knowing he’s going to bootcamp in a few months, but puts off exercising till the last week.  Meanwhile, no one can tell him anything and he has a problem with all authority.  You can flip a coin as to whether he grows up or crashes his life in the situation.

Like the selling of brass to China, this school move is just one part of many things.  When the bustards are authoring the discussion, we as a group, have got to be clear about our whether we are acting, reacting or just being activated.

This education move is a Top-Down revolution, so it isn’t really a revolution at all.  More like a funded rally, meant to make the sponsors happy.  It will effect every American.  It will climb to the top of our collective thinking.  And then, we’ll be moved on to the next tragedy and forget about it all, like Terri Schiavo.  And when all is said and done, the schools will be radically socialized just like they now intend to do with healthcare.  Right?  We all know this don't we?

At the risk of insulting perhaps many patriots; to some, the goal is to get stuff done by a big group.  Or even simply enough to deny the bad-guys some of the time.  These are sort of the default battle plans for some, despite the real graveness for America.  It’s this plan, I believe, that has gotten us here today. 

Since this education move is a Top-Down event, no part of it will deviate from  the "New Era of Responsibility".   That’s what political correctness is for.  You know, glaring eyes, outrage, all that.  They already trashed homeschoolers in the move Horton Hears a Who.  They believe patriots are already intimidated.  That’s why they are acting now.  If you mention vouchers at anything that’s conducted in this education push, you are going to get shunned and ostracized.  So what do you do?  Not go?  Face it alone?  Make a scene?

We patriots divide ourselves, and they can just sit back and laugh.  We should be doing everything that frustrates them, but we seem   - I don’t know -  to be waiting for something.   All the poking and jabbing we do to fellow patriots may or may not be justified. 

We know hateful-communist are about to radically alter an education system they already control.  Is this anything less than an emergency?  They act on the assumption of their own legitimacy, and the Articles of Freedom declare they have no right.

I guess I would like to know what line must get crossed to activate a greater unity among us.  The knowledge of what is coming should be enough, but I’d be naïve to see it so simple.

Regardless, the way we patriots respond to this “one thing” with the schools, and each thing that follows, will likely be a tragic indicator of how badly we need to get our act together.  I wish the response was thoughtful-outrage, over diplomatic-parsing-of-words.  Knowledgeable action, reaction and activation, over group-think.  Unity on the basics, over rifts and alignments based on peripheral issues.  That's just me.

We cannot allow a certain people to be driving the freedom movement.   If Al Gore calls humans evil and shows us pictures of baby seals and polar bears; these patriots are not outraged at the manipulative gall.  Instead they begin negotiating the terms of our surrender to government control.  Do they convince themselves as they do others, that they have done a good thing.  And then when the President tells us he was influenced by anti-American communists, suddenly they see it as time to be rational and step back from the situation.  As if it’s just uncivilized to mention that anti-Americans are in charge of America. 

I can ask again here if it’s not true that all patriots know this.  I know the answer is that people across the freedom movement, are as varied as snow flakes on their knowledge, their solutions, and their ability and willingness to get engaged with others.  Everyone doesn’t know these things.  From one person to the next, the answers will be different, on any topic.  But there are strands that run through all of us.  Deeper precepts churn though they may never have been put into words.  These precepts and our common enemies should have us creating alliances with people who believe in the founding principles, and should seek to put into words the deeper precepts of people who feel the same way.

Out of all the freedom movements in America, I truly believe that the Continental Congress 2009 and the Articles of Freedom address the most fundamental grievances between the people and government, and represents the most lawful, professional and diplomatic rallying point for anyone who understand that this government is too big for its britches.  I'm dedicated to making that happen.

There can only be an intrepid response to words and deeds of tyrants.

Call me as radical as the founding fathers.  I'd consider it an honor.

Day 32 -

My strength is returning in little waves.  But my muscles, after attempting to increasingly workout, still have a wall.  Yes I am progressing, but slowly.  When working out, I reach a plateau and my muscles just stop providing.  They refuse to cooperate at some point.

I am working on some new developments in my patriotism and I am working on normal life and a number of unrelated issues.

My delays in updating posts is only the result of my efforts being focused on what is coming up.  Visit often to learn what is about to happen.

Day 25 -

time is flying and my new project is underway.  I am getting into shape thanks to family and the Marine Recruiters in Colorado Springs.

My new project.  I need support.

 

By necessity, I spent a few hours yesterday in the presence of some Arabs from Syria, Palestine, Saudi (I think), and Iran.  I had a great time, so much that the actual business at hand of purchasing a car was delayed.  When I began asking questions and listened intently to their answers, like anyone else, they smiled broadly and offered tea and coffee.  Every culture has its measure of hospitality, but it seems to me that eastern hospitality is the most sincere.

 

I want to know things, so my questions are usually provocative.  And since I am interested in the answers, the conversation tended to be between them all and me.  This often grew lively and ranged all over.  From donuts to Tea Parties, and abolition to nuclear weapons.  I spoke in terms of freedom versus economic slavery and Constitutional adherence.  We had much common ground.  Obvious differences aside, ultimately we share many beliefs, enemies and goals.

 

At one point, I made the case that government is now requiring us to worship the earth.  All of us were agreeing and nodding our heads.  I described how our $12 trillion dollar debt would cost my baby grandson and every other American, 7 years of his wages (at the mean wage).  The place lit up with oaths of devotion to the young.

 

Regardless of how any of us may have otherwise felt or thought inwardly, we gladly set anything difficult aside for the encounter.  We all agreed that it was the power brokers that have no love for the people of any country.  And the power-hungry are the real common enemies of us all.

 

We both had realistic and constructive criticism from both sides, for America, and there was also much appreciation and respect.  When someone proposed that America was a white nation, I waived my hand to indicate the black, Asian and mid-east races in the room, and that I was the only white-boy there.  Everyone burst into laughter at the absurdity, including the one who made the statement.  There was very little sensitivity.

 

When all business was done, we departed with hand shakes, hugs and smiles and mutual blessings.  That is how all car sales should probably end.

 

Now, though conversation was spirited, when we debated, it was jovial.  Believe me, there are plenty of topics we could have disagreed on, and even worse.  Conversations can quickly go sour.  But when people know they are being honored and respected, it is principle that rules the day.

 

I found these men remarkable in their knowledge and opinions about the conservative movement in America, including the Tea Parties, Constitutionalists, the Founders, and principles of liberty, and politics in general.

 

The principles of the Articles of Freedom that I addressed were near universally agreed to.  If we had met in this conversation, with the specific intent of reviewing and possibly signing the Articles, I have no doubt these men would have seriously considered doing so.  If they had, I would have been truly honored.  In fact, I’m engaging this group for just that purpose.

 

I want to advance the Articles of Freedom through this type of conversation as the common model.

 

I plan to have countless conversations like this, with people of all demographics in America.  Anyone who is an American.  No, better make that just anyone.  The mutual goal will be the discussion of the common ground found in the AoF.  This will be wrapped in an expose of their cultures and their unique contribution to America.  And my goal is to obtain their signatures on it.

 

And so, I intend to eat people’s food, experience their music, ride in their cars, discuss their concerns, beliefs and desires without any politically correct speech, validate their cultures and present them as the Americans they truly wish to represent.

 

As a result of my love for good conversation and hot topics, I encourage others to express them selves, and open up to their own premises’.

 

I’d like nothing more than anything to speak to conservatives about opening up.  Conservatives in America are all over the board on their issues and are continuing to make more fractures than alignments.

 

I know that a great many Americans recognize that our common enemy has just fast-tracked the slavery of our children.  This I think, is enough for Americans of all brands to come together in solidarity on.  But peripheral issues are steering us all over the place.

 

One peripheral matter involves names.  We don’t need armed guards in towers at every intersection for us to say amongst ourselves that bad people are “bad”.  But we generally don’t boldly call these bad people “bad” to their faces.   I’ve used “socialist”, and think how good it could be if all patriots agreed to that word.  How many others think the same about their own words for our common enemy?   Liberals, Progressive, Socialists, Anarcho-Syndicalists, Alien Controlled Podlings.  I’ve heard many.

 

Do we agree on anything?  The urgent situation calls for us to agree to what’s important to agree upon, so that we are standing together.  Remember, an accord is not compromise; it’s unity on the most important issues.  There are many different names for this collective movement.  And “collective” isn’t going to cover what everyone thinks is best.  Neither will anything else.

 

What most patriots end up doing, will likely be more along the lines of supporting a good talk game, driven by the press, the most plausible winner - that type of thing.  Whatever happens, reform of things like the 16th amendment will be shunned and avoided.  Essentially, right now the Articles of Freedom risks having little significance.

 

Regarding a name for ourselves, if we choose to fly the flag of “Joe’s Bait and Tackle”, we would at least be unified more than we are now.

 

Our common enemies are unified enough to be assuming power at unprecedented levels.  And in their momentum, they are setting up systems to keep that power.  An endless supply of money is being printed.  Not to save the economy in any way, but to spend on building fascism and party power.

 

I want to focus on the Articles, where all other issues are considered peripheral.  Many varied issues are distracting from the Founding principles.  And unless there is a miraculous focus by the people on these principles, I think we stand a good chance of repeating 1994.  Considered by some to be a great conservative victory, it sure didn’t keep us from this coming collective, nor did it stop Constitutional erosion.  Slowing down the bad-guys for a while again will not ensure a future for my grandson.   Nor any of America’s grandsons for that matter.

 

Even good people are prone to burning bridges with each other.  Military defeats in history can be more firmly linked to the disunity of a people, than a failed strategy.  In the face of immediate and grave threats, common principles call for a common unity.  The focus on a common enemy, often even by a remarkably few, can save a family, a people or a nation from defeat.

 

Most Americans have significant common ground regarding freedom, but we spend much time focused on our differences.  Aligning ourselves with some, and distancing ourselves from others.  All the issues that are peripheral to the Articles, I want to diminish in context.  The principles of the Articles can do that because they cut across so many lines.

 

In dire times, irreconcilable differences often become water under the bridge.

 

Don’t misunderstand me.  I thrashingly oppose the type of compromise that has taken my country this far down the progressive socialist path.  (Please insert your own label for the enemy).

 

Only a fool, out of fairness to the snakes, let’s them play in the nursery.  So I’m not suggesting we reconcile spiritually- or physically- dangerous people to our bosoms.  But with certainty, even some I wouldn’t let baby-sit a gold fish; I would gladly stand with against these control freaks in government.

 

In the present political climate, the AoF stands to fall by the wayside.  Period.  And I don’t want that to happen.  I am dedicated from reason-to-being, to making the AoF a contending issue for Americans.

 

I will begin with the homeless in Colorado Springs, who are soon to be kicked out of town by recently enacted local legislation.  I have made contacts, but still need the following resources:

 

Charities for people needs

Paper copies of the AoF

Donations of food and cigarettes

Financial donations

Video cameras

Camera operators

 

And of course, preparation for further encounters.

 

Day 19 - putting on some weight.  Working out.

Day 14 - Yes, I went back found I'd lost another day somewhere.  It is day 14.

I am doing well.  My body is responding better to exercise.  My muscles are in pain from exertion, they ache when I stretch.  I still have far to go, but my stregth is returning slowly.  My legs are not as swollen.  And I'm hopeful for the motion in my right foot.

Day 12 -

Skipped a day.  On day 10 and 11, after evaluating my ability to progress, I conducted some more muscular physical training.  Yesterday and today I am sore.  That's a good thing.  Shoulders sore to the point that I have difficulty working with the bars.  Back of the theighs are just balls of incapacitated, pain filled muscles.  That's good too.  Need to stretch them and work them just a little.

Upper arms are responding with a little pain.  Forearms do not feel weakened or painful despite having worked them significantly.

I am still unable to lift my right toe firmly against resistance.  The swelling in my legs has decreased significantly today.  My feet almost look normal.

I would like to thank everyone for their diligent prayers.   

Day 10 - 

Now is the time to get strong.  For me, this will take a while.

Well it has been 10 days since I began eating.  I am accustomed to bouncing back from injuries and illness very quickly.  I also  recover from long innactive periods very quickly.  This time, I have tried to much more slowly, get back my muscle strength, endurance and flexibility.

While a man may dig down to get that extra weight up, or those exra pull ups done; at a certain point my body just says "No more".  An overextended step, or sudden jarring, may find muscles incapable of proper response, and something get's distended.  I have worked very diligenty toward protection from this.  But it has still happened.  I am not accustomed to this.

Biomechanically, there has been a deterioration of the cartlage, tendons, ligaments, muscles, bones, and elements of the blood so much that my frame is like an old car with worn shocks and tie rods. Joints slipped in and out without strenuous movement. The 8 cylinder was replaced with a VW 4 banger.   I have to actually rebuild something deeper than just getting into shape.

Also, a biomechanical look should include that I had a completely sedentary, energy-conservation lifestye for 66 days.  It pushes the bones around in ways they are not accustomed.  A muscle that does not function undergoes atrophy.

Concerning nerves, potassium and other things such as enzymes and certain proteins are for some reason, required to maintain nerve endings and nerve sheethings.   One thinks biomechanically that nerves should be covered with a permanent sheething, that resembles an extension cords'.  But there must be undiscovered elements or processes that are intrinsically involved in maintaining nerve sheething.  The sheething, when it fails, very simply allows electrical stimuli to leak out.  It's grounded to the body.  The feelings sent to the brain stem, or the order from the brain that tell muscles to operate.  In electronics, it's called "short circuit".

So most of my therapy focus now is on my right leg. I have "impaired neuromuscular function".  This is not due to nerve sheething coming under attack from my body, but it is a common result of malnutrition, especially of potassium. Tibialis anterior muscles, at least 2 of them, will not respond fully.  In otherwords, they are slow to respond and they will not respond with any strength.  Simply the weight of my shoe can prevent lifting my foot at the ankle.  It is so slow to progress, I question whether it I am actually witnessing progress.  I'm sure it is though.

But I am in the least command of my body as I ever have been.

I have soft tissue adema of the legs and ankles.  Like the last months of a pregnancy, women can press timeless images into their ankles.  Basically, this is because my body's nutritional imbalance has confused its response long enough, that it is not processing liquids properly, now that I'm eating.  It is slowly improving, but my legs are fairly uncomfortable. 

My body does not have the strength to get back in shape quickly.  I have never had this much weakness to overcome.  Anyone who is not physically active for a time, can perform some physical activity they are accustomed to, but they will not have endurance and they will require a pain filled recovery.  Mine are not so pain filled, but if I drop down to do 20 pushups, it becomes 15 the next day, then 5 the next day.  Instead of 2 the next day, and 15 the next.  The muscles just don't have the strength replacement process going on.  The same goes for heavy lifting and endurance training. 

Deeply weak muscles, poor processing of food and liquids, digestive problems (now much better), sleeping 11 hrs a day, and having slippery-sloppy joints, I have a slow and intensive recovery period here.  This is my wakeup call, and I'm trying to do this while I promote the Articles of Freedom. 

I certainly feel better being able to eat though.  I am more determined than ever to promote the Articles of Freedom.  But for now, I look better, but it is deceving and I have to be even more cautious than I have been.

Day 9 -

So I was giving my daughter some drill pointers today.  I put my feet at 30 degrees and attempted to execure a right-face.  My right foot refused to raise properly in order to turn.  Both of my legs are so swollen.  You know, like a japanese cartoon baby.

I spent some time with the homeless today and with a local charity.  As soon as I have resources, I will move forward.  In the mean time, I'll prepare as much as I can.

Day 8 -

I have packed on fat.

I am now seeking volunteers and donations.  Only the serious need apply.  However, all money, even monopoly money (which is worth about as much as Fed notes are worth) is still acceptable.

Day 7 -

I had a lot of trouble waking this morning.  I'm sore to the bone in places.  Working on more upper body today.   I'm very weak and do not like it.

Day 6 -

Initial Strength Test - 20 push ups, 3 sets of 20 kicks, 14 pull ups, 20 minutes on Pro100 Stepper.  Joints better than anticipated.  Spine cracking easily and responsively considering months of inactivity and sedentary seating.  Stretching is less productive than hoped for.  Lungs not bad in deep breaths.  Not hard breathing even during Stepper.  No overheating and no muscles negatively responding to exertion.  Except as said before, with right leg.  Hoping for more improvement.

I have much to do.  But I will begin posting vids of my recovery and exercise.  I intend to begin training with local Marines when able.

I have some recovery issues.  The muscles next to my right shin are about half responsive and are not showing more signs of improvement.  There is also a 3x5" patch of skin on top of my right foot that has some numbness.  Hopefully this is not a permanent feature from the hunger strike.

Day 5 - 1/31/10 -

First, I thank all the wonderful people I met in St. Charles, Chicago, Hammond, and St. Louis.

Yes I am eating.  Thank you all for your concern.  Actually, I'm experimenting with hot sauces.  I have to go slow right now.  I will be getting stronger and exercising.  The progress and the next step are coming soon.  I have not been exerting myself yet.  Just stretching and nourishing.

Pray now for Fred's kin:

Matt's has a broken neck, five broken ribs, a contusion (I think) on his brain, and injuries to his hand.  When they move his leg, he moves it back, so that's a good sign that he isn't paralyzed.

Ashley sustained some head injuries as well, but I don't know the details and extent of hers.

Fred Smart has made an appeal to Michael Badnarik, who I hear is feeling better and fired up about the Articles of Freedom.

It is my sincere hope and prayer that the Articles of Freedom can be given birth amidst the humble blessings of prayer and thanksgiving and I could not think of a better way to help us achieve this than to have Sean Kraft end his 66 day fast with a picture of him shaking hands with you, the President of CC2009, who is undergoing recovery from a massive heart attack suffered on 12/21-22 of last year. 

I don't think anything could be more significant to him as he ends his 66 days of fasting than to break bread with you, Michael,  somewhere in or near your hometown of Hammond, Indiana which is where my wife was born and raised, too.  And if the Articles of Freedom (AOF) are still split in two versions then I would hope that Sean can come away with two personally signed copies from your hand. 

Before Sean leaves the Chicago area I'm also going to encourage him to make one final visit to meet Marty Durkin, Senior Sales Director of the Pheasant Run Resort in St. Charles, Illinois.  Marty has been keeping a very important painting which was displayed during the proceedings of CC2009.  I received the revelation earlier today while I was on the phone with Darin Stevens and Sean that I/we are called to give the "One Nation Under God" painting by Jon McNaughton to Sean to take back with him to his home in Colorado Springs.  I took 4 simple-short videos individuals who agreed to make comments in support of this painting during November 17th which was the same day we celebrated Bob Schulz's 70th birthday.

There is CC2009 leadership in place to carry the torch.  Why is it they appear to not have a plan to take the Articles of Freedom to the next level?  If there is such a plan, what is it?  Just posting and discussing the Articles may not be enough.  Why does someone who has a heart that burns for freedom and liberty have to jeopardize his life over an issue that reasonably should have been taken up by our county, state or national CC2009 leaders?

I would love to hear from CC2009 folks regarding this matter.

I've been told I look like a floppy sock.  I look pretty pathetic in the mirror, I know.  I'm very weak, and the scale is again looking like a dip is under way.  My joints feel sloppy as though they have all received injections of Slick50.  My muscles are very soft.  And some do not respond well.  I walk like I'm twice my age.  The only things that leave my body are liquids.  I'm not in any real pain and I sleep about 9 hours solid. I can bolt up from my chair in thought of something, forgetting that I'm weak and a moment later I'm drained.   Coffee is my best friend, although it doesn't taste half as good as it normally does.  My thoughts are clear, but because I'm weak, waves of weakness may jog my thoughts around or I speak slowly to get the words out clearly.  Simply out of an increasing workload in contacting people and discussing the Articles of Freedom, I've neglected to speak with many people.  I appologize.  Despite any of my difficulties,  I will make it to Wash DC, hopefully to have my say before a "goodly number of Americans", and launch the Articles of Freedom onto America's front burner.

There are a goodly number of people who support what I'm doing.  These people know what is going on in America.  They speak openly about it, and are prepared to defend her.  When you hear them speak, you understand that there is love there.  Love for everybody.  A firm, and unwaving drive to protect their country from without and within.  Love without action is nothing.  Patriotism is the love for country and people.  Not this "social injustice" excuse that has been slapped into our young people.  Imposing fairness is not justice.  Neither is the warehousing of people as voting blocks.  There is no justice in imposing burdens on people who haven't even been born.  There is no justice in eugenics.  There is plenty of change, but there is no hope in socialism.  Not in the public burden, the collective, nor the concept of enforced obligatory life.  Patriots do not compromise.  They act against their fear, and lose no clarity on the issue.  I deeply appreciate the many from the Continental Congress, and others who are helping me to get to Wash DC.  By the grace of God I will be there and represent the Articles of Freedom well.

The Articles of Freedom need to be spoken in public.  The issues in, and the text of the Articles of Freedom need to be the center of speech for this generation of people.  Today.

Our country is in peril.  Yours and my children's future are in jeopardy.  Please, read the Articles of Freedom.  Call your closest and make pacts with them to stay true to the principles of the Articles of Freedom and to create a local body from your own people.  Familiarize yourselves with the Articles and seek simply to form your body on the Articles alone, a body of like-minded patriots.  Discuss the Articles of Freedom, and do so quickly.  Then as a body, you will come to agreement on many of the elements of the Articles.  Stay in concert with your majority, and come to agree or disagree.  But come to conclusions on each element of the Articles.  Do it in your living room with your closest.  And reach out from there to others you can agree with on principles.  Present to them the true crisis in America, and present the Articles of Freedom as the answer.  Prepare statements about each article and each recommendation.  And then contact everyone you know.  Call them to an emergency meeting of kith and kin.  Use some parliamentary procedures.  Let everyone speak.  Come to conclusions quickly.  Keep it simple.  Choose a name for your group, and choose a represtative and staff.  Decide a course of action as a body, to either support elements of the Articles, or the Articles of Freedom in toto.  Provide what's necessary for the operation of the body.  Pray openly.  Consider joining with other bodies in coalition.  Be loving, and throw past wrongs as far as the east is from the west.  Being forgiving and ask for forgiveness is good.

Be wise and vigilant, but not afraid of infiltrators.  Speak in concert with the principles of the Articles and keep your representatives very busy, making coalitions with other bodies.  Let us be prepared to meet, and prepared to get strong now, for all the right reasons.  Let us choose to support each other.  To prepare for leaner, and more trying times.  Let us prepare to learn, to lead, and be willing to be led.

Day 59 -

Now it's day 59.  I did not believe this could be possible.  With my right leg giving out on me, i limped around on the corner of Tejon and Vermijo, in downtown Colorado Springs yesterday for a couple of hours.  There were some very thoughtful people who made inquiries about notthistime.net.  Ultimately, I got too cold and tired.  Into the evening, everytime I walked somewhere, I limped.  I had lost some movement in my leg, now a dozen days ago, and I feel that sitting on my butt bone, or crossing my legs when sitting. has made that worse.  The muscles don't respond as though they are asleeep.  But they are not tingly numb.  Just unresponsive.

Day 58 -

Sorry.  For most of the day this said "Day 59" vice "Day 58".  Oops.

 

Letter to a deeply loved and appreciated one:

thanks for that.  I do know that you love me.  And that really does mean something tremendous in my life.

It's clear that you believe you know enough of what is going on to come to be confident about what should be done.  Or what should not be done.

You know only some of my actions, some of my conditions and some of my reasons.  I assure you that I try to make the best decisions in the circumstances, with the information God himself provides me.  I am a Christian and nothing happens to me without God's allowance for it.  That means the good and the bad that happens.  Including my present circumstances.  Reference Job for the definitive volume on the subject.

I'm sure it is difficult to envision something good coming from this if there is no intervention.  But I don't know what the end of things looks like either.  I have to play the hand I'm dealt.  Perhaps it's debatable, but I see that the most difficult part of being a Christian is doing the best you can, with what you have, and doing so most often without even a clue as to what God's purposes, or ultimate plans are.  And within that, we must look to His instruction in the faith that Jesus authored to tailor fit each of us, knowing that our lives are not without real purpose.

This life is not life.  An 80 year life cannot possibly be life, if after it, we live for an eternity.  This life still has tremendous purpose though.  Obviously it determines where we spend that eternity, and also significantly affects that outcome for others God puts in our lives.  Uplifting them, or making them stumble, and everything in between.  Life is essentially the bootcamp before serving the One who made us.  The goals in it are selflessness, obedience, endurance, courage and so on.

Right now, there are things that are more important than food, and more important than my life.  I pray for strength, guidance and purpose in this knowledge.  But I'm praying, as much as the greatest yearnings of my heart, that people would try to see that the desperate human attempt to stay alive as long we possibly can, is not even in the top-ten most important issues for life.  That's not easy for many people to come to grips with.  Jesus was 33 years old.  Who can say it would have been better if He had lived a long and fulfilling life?  How about the purpose in 1 in 100 million Christian martyrs that no one but God remembers?  Was it without purpose?  Where does that fit in the "length of life is all that matters" mentality?   Was even one of those meaningless?

Perhaps when all is said and done, people will only say that I was a fool.  Perhaps not.  And when I see God He may point out my miss-steps.  Perhaps not.  Perhaps He will simply tell me I made an admirable, but misinterpreted effort.  Perhaps not.  But I will see Him, and He will accept me because He promised.  And I rely on His promises exclusively, for my steps, my breath and my purposes.  I rely on His promises because they are all that we have.  And they are all that we need.  I know in my relationship with God that I cry out only to Him, hope only in Him, trust only in Him and I do so after having experienced many things that the Holy Spirit has seen fit to provide for me.  Many seemingly unreasonable things that I have to trust He has wanted for me, or prescribed for me.

But I do not want to arrive in the Lord's presence and have Him say to me, "I put you in position to do My will, and you ran away from your purpose, Sean."  If I'm willing He can use me.  If God is willing, He will do something with me.  In His mercy are my immediate hopes.  His will is what I'm supposed to be the most hopeful for though.  No matter the outcome, or my perception of it.

People come in many states of mind, body, spirit, etc and therefore we all have our own unique purposes.  We are all meant to do, endure, accept, enjoy and even suffer for what we were made for.  I was not meant to take courage and raise an autistic child, or take courage and learn to accept a broken body, or dedicate my life like Mother Theresa, or run across a mine field to assault a machine gun nest.  At least not to this point.  I have to take courage in my own circumstances.  Keep in mind that many people are watching me.  Every one of them I care for.  Some of them are very, very dear to me.  And in my circumstances, I must show them that our purposes are to be embraced with faith.  Trusting that God has not allowed us to be where we are without it being designed.  Life is not playtime.  It's pretty serious.  And what we fear should not rule it.  We are meant to overcome.  And overcoming does not always mean a glorious victory parade and beers with celebrities.  How will strangers who see me come to know how much God loves them?  Or even how much I love them?  I don't know that they will.  But I trust God.

I hope that it comforts you, that I do pray that God will let me live and do well.  More than that, I pray for the courage to do His will.  God will intervene in my life, if and when God decides to intervene.  I will not hinder Him, but respectfully request of Him and call him Father.

I give up thinking my weight is supposed to continually drop.  And I have no intention of going out to find trees to chop down in order to see if I can make it go down.  I'm going back to downtown Colorado Springs today.  I'll be interviewed by Jason Littlejohn of LibertyRadioNetwork.com this Thursday on the show "Lives in the Balance".

The Collective Consciousness Conference Call I participated in on Jan 14 can be found on AuNetwork.tv (my conversation begins at 1:14).  I was excited to speak with them and managed to do so fairly coherently for a length of time which began perhaps an 1.5 hours in.  I recommend everyone just turn it on and listen to it like a radio station.  You will be amazed at the type of speech you'll hear there.

I have heard now a few times that some think I must be cheating, and actually eating food, because I should be dead by now.  Am I supposed to appologize for not being dead?  I heard that it was thrown around that no one has lasted more than 50 days, 53 days, 60 days.  The truth is that people are starving right now in the world, and have been for far longer.  I have already listed the supplements I take every day.  I believe they are significant in this longevity.  And essentially, if someone helps me get 3 minutes on national TV and I end this strike, perhaps the vitamins will have kept me from irreparably damaging my organs.  But for the skeptics, remember that nothing lasts forever.

Day 57 -

I still weigh 126lbs.  Yesterday I weighed 126lbs at 8am.  By 10am after drinking 2 cups of coffee, I weighed 128lbs.  I think the scale is whacky.  But more importantly, I don't think I'm losing weight because I supplement my body's heating system with constant direct heat, I drink coffee and 150 calories of gatoriaid and I have very little activity.  Day 12, or there-abouts I was losing 3 lbs in a day after shoveling some snow for an hour.  Doing the math, one would think I can do this indefinately.  However, I feel the loss of nutrition as though I have a core to my being that I've not known of until now.  It's making me think of those children in the commercials with bloated bellies and their little bones sticking out, and that look in their eyes.  And I realise that millions of people feel like this every day of their lives.    And that even if the government converted all our labor into government cheese, we would all still starve, because SOCIALISM DOESN'T WORK.

I will not give my children a Socialist future.  Only good people can change the world for the better, not good sounding intentions and the plugging of ourselves into the super-community.

Please; my conditions to end this hunger strike are thus:

either congress and the whitehouse provide a simple acknowledgement of the Articles of Freedom produced by the Continental Congress 2009, or I am able to address the nation on television for 3 minutes.

Please bombard news organizations with my story and pleade with them to do something.  I'm very serious about this.  And I ask you to consider getting involved.

126lbs and steady.  Freedoms Phoenix (from Day 46) who kindly put me on the air to discuss my causeHad some good conversation with some real patriotic folks who heard of me through .  Fred Smart invited me to meet all the good folks on his National Collective Consciousness Call, #133.  Very interesting conversation with some knowledgeable, concerned patriots.

I went downtown Colorado Springs today.  It was a beautiful sunny day in the 40s.  People were kind and curious. I walked up and down Tejon.  And spent and hour and a half in front the courthouse.  People went off and learned about my cause.  So the next time I go there, it's likely to be very different.  I love my city.

In just that much walking, where my leg muscles are attached to my hips feels like I have been climbing mountains.

Day 53 -

It's been in the 40s and 50s the last couple of days and I've tried to get out a bit.  I'm down another pound today to 125lbs.

It's been 5 days since I drove to town.  If you haven't exercised and then climbed some stairs, you may have experience where the muscles next to your shins get more intensively worked and afterwords, bending your foot up is impossible for a day or so until the muscles recover.  My right leg however, has felt that way until even today, from holding my foot up above the gas pedal.

Peter Spencer, the Aussie on a simultaneous hunger strike against his socialist government, has ended his hunger strike.  With a doctor's recommendation, and a feeling that he has garnered enough support for his cause.  I urge you to look to his site and see his cause as it is still going strong.

Day 51 -

Down, I think again, to 126lbs.

Someone who is helping me send out updates is now experiencing massive email failures.  Suddenly they are receiving failure notices for all their emails.  Does anyone have any ideas how this is happening?  They are attempting to use different emails from differing providers.  But all emails that worked before don't work now.

What is Congress and the Executive Branch doing?  They know what I'm doing.  At this point, there have been more than a couple thousand emails received by members and staff of the Senate and House.  They know.  If they do, at what point, does everyone think, will they acknowledge me?

Day 50 -

Starting to go down a little.  127lbs now.  If patriots aren't aware, there is a concerted effort now accross the Tea Party spectrum to ensure they are supporting Republicans.  The efforts to shut people up on the nings are getting pretty vicious and heated.

I do really mean what I say.  You can turn a semantic into a logical contradiction.  But my point stands.  Strategy does not trump principle.  If Badnarik himself became a Republican president, it would not change the fact that our constitutional republic is completely corrupted.

Your hypothetical isn't going to happen unless the whole Republican party was gutted.  You need only listen to the scoldings of RNC heads to know they have ABSOLUTELY NO INTENTION of changing themselves or the Republican party, but instead want the voters to continue to think 'intelligently', 'reasonably' and 'strategically'.  In otherwords, hold your nose, everyone is welcome, every idea, every moral, every compromise, is welcome under the Republican big tent.  Every time they speak to us it should come with a complimentary kick in the crotch. 

And why do you think they are so intent on teaching us little naive children that we need a big tent mentality?  It's simple.  They aren't concerned about conservative principles.  If Satan votes for them, why do they care?  They are willing to have everyone vote them in because they are about power.  Conservatives are just a voting block to them.  You don't seek to embrace the Log Cabin Republican AND the Christian vote because you are principled.  You do so, and expect each of these to embrace each other, precisely because you are not principled. 

If the reply then goes, "well there aren't enough Christians to vote in the Republican candidates", then what that person considers victory is a kind of victory I'm not interested in.  They may not necessarily be socialist, but they're not principled.  They can sit in the middle and spin around on the merry-go-round of principled-compromise until the socialists get even more powerful.  And they can all practice strategy with their democratic votes in the Council of Workers under the watchful eye of their Gauleiters.  May their chains rest lightly on them.

Thinking only in compromised strategy like we have, has gotten us what?  It hasn't stopped socialists, and won't in the future.

At least people who are thinking of a third party, even under all the insults from the Republicans, have sense enough to get out of the water.

And if the Perot effect happens again, they can look forward to saying "I told you so".  Or they can take this further returned insulting advice and really practice some strategy.  They should vote WITH the socialists in the next election.  Worried about beating them?  Just join them.  That would ensure they win, wouldn't it?  Just winning is what it's all about, isn't it?  Following strategies and winning is far more important than principles, wouldn't you say? 

When principles say the entire system is corrupt, you don't entertain the idea of a third party.  You certainly don't sit and support the best of the two parties in order just to hold off misery till your grandkids have to deal with it.

I refuse to keep swimming in the same disease infested pool.  I say, drain the pool and refill with lots of chlorine.   That's the difference.  I'm supporting the principles in the Articles of Freedom.  Start the whole thing over and let the chips fall where they may.

This whole concept of revitalizing a sick party while the patient is still lying in a cesspool amazes me.

It's my principles that have led me to reach the 49th day of my hunger strike today.

Oh, how I wish everyone would read the AoF and consider following REAL leaders.

 

 

Day 48 -

Apparently the video for yesterday did not have the correct code.  It is good now.

Still no change in my weight.   I feel much weaker than I have.  Going to a rally today to speak to people, and then hopefully the Sertoma Gun Show in Colorado Springs.  If not, then tomorrow.  New vids to come soon.

 

I just came from 2 Tea Party rallies.  One in ColoradoSprings, and one in Woodland Park where I met AJ Hotchkiss of TellerNetCast.com who interviewed me for radio content on his station.  Nice guy with some professional programming to listen to online.

It may be that the tea partiers are following their interests.  I know they claim to be grass roots, and I happen to know that's true.  I also know that they have had to defend their grassroots beginnings because Dick Armey's FreedomWorks had a hand in facilitating it.  It wasn't this involvement that prompted people to join, however.  The Tea Partiers call themselves "grassroots" because of the groundswell of typical local people who got pissed off all on their own.  In otherwords, the conspiracy that Socialists are continually frothing over, is irrelevant to the average Tea Partier.

However, I just witnessed speakers at both rallies, instructing Tea Partiers to participate in the caucus which only involves currently active political parties.  They provided arguments against forming a new third party, and encouraged participation in the same old rigged voting process, rather than the civil disobedience articulated in the Articles of Freedom.  And hammering home the ideas that we have a two party system that is 'the way our constitutional government was made to function'.  And there were warnings to avoid the Perot effect.  'now get to work'

Whether the tea partiers organized under Republican influence, or are being financed with Republican funds, infiltrated by Republican party plants, being converted or are being steered by Republicans;  the truth is, for whatever the reasons, the tea partyiers will be voting for Republicans.  Maybe they will think they came up with the idea themselves.

Personally, I will follow the Articles of Freedom.  I defer to the Continental Congress and President Michael Badnarik.

I'll not be voting Republican anymore.  I believe they are the reason we are in this mess, in the first place. All Republicans need to get down from the pulpit and sit in the pews.   I refuse to ever again, be scolded like a child and told to be 'reasonable' by a Republican.  Shut the hell up and sit down!

still no change in my weight.  I think a dip must be coming again.

>It was really great Wednesday to participate in the “Declare Your Independence” show with Ernest Hancock, hosted by Jet Lacey.  It broadcasts in UT, TN, OR and TX on LibertyNewsRadio.com.  Delegates to the Continental Congress 2009,  John Bush  from of TX, and Catherine Bleisch from MO were discussing Fema.

At the time (I think about 4:30pm), I was in the Marine Recruiter's office and received a call that they were able to get me on the air.  Jumping at the chance, I had to leave the building because the din of would be warriors seeking to serve their country.  The host and guests were amiable and very respectful.  I soon discovered that the out-of-doors had grown inhospitable.  The temp had dipped from 35 to 10 degrees.  And in my pansy-ass condition, I was cold.  So, even though they were interested in hearing more, I had to cut the conversation short.

Thanks so much guys. I love patriots.

Listen to the real media.  Real people willing to face the truth everyday.  You'll grow and learn in ways that modern media can't help you with.

I’ve been to your website and spent some time viewing your videos and read your exchange with the person who would like to see a communist takeover of our government.  I understand why you are doing this.  I too feel that things are happening very quickly and that the 2010 elections may not be effective.  However, I believe that you are taking the wrong road and this is why.  You and I both know that there is a very good chance this war of words and protests will develop into a real conflict.  I believe the people of this nation are preparing for such a day.  When that day comes we will need good men like you.   Please end your hunger strike continue blogging, continue educating the people and continue to prepare for that day.

I have three daughters.  My youngest will be 17 next month and will join the Air Force, my second will decide this week between the Air Force and the Marine Corps, my oldest, is in the Air Force and just gave me my first grandson.

You have my respect and prayers.  I have a 23 year old son who is working to help get a man named Richard Behney elected as Indiana’s next Senator.  He and his wife started the Indiana Tea Party.  I believe him to be a man who will go Washington and work hard to re-establish our country.  I agree we must defend liberty now.  I think a large part of this is to educate our fellow citizens.  Thank you for your stand.

thank you, for your stand and your concern. 

I am very worried that the AoF will, by design and by the nature of America's attention deficit disorder, be overwhelmed in its process. 

I feel you would agree that our situation is more grave than the attention and outrage that should exist with Americans.

As important as the AoF is, it still stands a good chance of being very popular with a few people, while everyone else is focused on the latest iphone application.

I can no longer put my hope in the ability of the vote to overcome these charlatans.  Elections are their arena. 

The elections are all rigged and they are rigged with our own money.  Acorn itself is no less than govt funding of a political apparatus to advance Socialists politics, especially in the elections.  They are the brute squads, the informants, agitators, enforcers, and organizers.  They are using our own money to build party power. 

Right now, the socialists rule the elections. They aren't scared of us.  They may have to do some sidestepping and lose a couple of little battles.  But what we've stopped them on is NOTHING compared to what they have done to the average American's life in the last 2 years. 

I don't think we've got another election cycle that we can actually win.  These people are planners, and they are not the figureheads we see.  They are very organized, extremely well funded (considering that they have the printing presses) and they constitute a very deliberate army of bureaucrats bent on controlling the whole enchilada.

Too much is at stake.  The election is a year away.  With as much damage has been done to the average American in just this last year it would be more hope in our exhuberance, than any real ability to overcome their scheming. 

And the Republicans are not going to give in.  They are the party of determined compromise.  They will not give up and follow true conservative principles.  They will spite the American people for not keeping them in power.  They'll rip our movements apart in the elections.  Conservatives are deeply divided right now.  When these elections start, we are only going to come together in the most unfruitful ways.  I'm steadfast in what I believe.  So are you.  So is everyone else.  What we all think needs to be done, is not going to be easily integrated.  There has to be a unifying factor.  And that has to be the AoF. 

The socialists can't wait.

I'm operating on the belief that action now, instead of hope in that situation, is what's in order if the AoF is to get a proper shedding of light.

Day 45 -

Ok, now I've gone up to 148. Now the only energy I'm taking in is coffee, and 120-150 caleries in electrolytes.  And lots of liquids.

I'm in contact with members of the Continental Congress, but not Bob Schultz himself.  So I guess I need that contact before Congress.

Congress and the Whitehouse, by the way, have not contacted me yet.  Though it is now Wednesday, 5 days since I made my announcement that their responses to the Articles of Freedom.

Anybody home?

The above was a typo.  I didn't gain 21lbs over night.  I gained 1 pound over night.

 

 

Day 44 -

Ok, I'm kinda wierded out by this, but I weight 127lbs this morning.  There must be some kind of water retention that made my weight go up.

Day 43 -

The scale says I gained a half pound.  It just keeps getting wierder.

Day 42 -

126lbs for the 4th day in a row.

Hunger strike day 42.  I am attrcted 2 smell of burnt sulfur.  why is that?

My gut is more nagging today.

 

Day 41 - Today I still weigh 126lbs.  We'll see how long this stall lasts me.

White House?  Congress?  I assure u they know about me, whethr on vacation or not.

If you were having a problem seeing all of site yesterday, it was my fault.  I accidently pasted some Word text that contains code, and it ended up just cutting off the rest of the page.

Christmas party that was rescheduled due to flu, is today.  Family is everything.

We had a good party.  Another memorable Christmas with family and friends.  I love them so.  I feel pretty good right now.

 

Day 40 -

Below is a letter I wrote today on agmates.ning.com, to Peter Spencer whs is also on the 40th day of his hunger strike against Socialism.

Peter,

40 days with no food and you and I are still here.  I pray for you and want nothing more for you than for you to succeed in what you believe in.

Hopefully, our efforts to face government will begin to impact those people who are not concerned about their government's abuse of power and denial of rights, and to begin to view them with a critical eye, and deal with them with a firm hand.  Because those in government do not love us.

Hopefully it will convince those who are already critical of power hungry politicians to step up their criticism and steadfast refusal to comply with government's crass legislation and disdain for the people they claim to be serving.

Hopefully, those who cannot see farther than their emotions will come to realize that you and I are not considering success to be the killing of ourselves.  That we consider success in these strikes as their awakening to issues more important than ourselves, so much that they change improve the conditions of freedom.  Those purposes, among others, being the principles of limited government and individual freedom.  Our property and the fruits of our labor.  Our posterity, our posterity, our posterity.  And that they, if they are concerned, should learn what we are doing this for and believe it, support it, promote it, live it, and be willing to die for it.

You and I are not eating.  Not to give people an excuse for a bbq party or stir up people to cry, or to listen to their explanations of how tragic it would be for us to pass from this earth.  We want them to pay attention to what we are doing this for, and that if they then understand it, to go tell as many others as they can.  We aren't asking for advice that steers us from our purpose.

You and I are not eating because we want, among others, those people who come to us and say, "Stop this.  I don't want you to die.", to instead go out and change the hearts and minds of others, not us.

Stay strong brother.  Be prepared to fearlessly endure all things by choice so that our children will not endure the worse things by force.

God is not gone, nor is he asleep.  Only the world.
